"Inspired by a true story, In the early 1980's during the early stages of the Central American civil wars, the U.S. Government petitioned a group of young Black men from the ghetto to bring drugs into the impoverished community of South Central Los Angeles. With the intention of supporting the Contra Rebels in Nicaragua, and thereby bringing Nicaragua back into the US' sphere of power, the CIA began a conspiracy in which it traded guns to the Central American rebels in exchange for a large supplies of cocaine. "100 Kilo's" chronicles the rise and fall of the "Freeway Boyz", This infamous group of young men rode the crest of success through the 1980's making millions of dollars pushing Kilo's of cocaine on the streets of South Central Los Angeles. "Freeway" Rick (Glenn Plummer) of South Central, Speed 1 & 2, and partner "Big Loc "(Dwayne Adway) of NBC's Dennis Rodman story. They began their alliance with notorious Nicaraguan drug lord Danilo Blandon (Carlos Carasco) of Bound by honor, who becomes a CIA informant. Through his contact with this drug kingpin, Rick falls in love with Veronica (Crystal Scales), who gives him a brief sense of serenity before his sudden fall from power as "100 Kilo's" tells the real story about the governments hand in expanding the drug trade in South Central Los Angeles. And how drugs supported the American quest for democracy in Central America, and the rise and fall of the Freeway Boyz empire."

First Sale Doctrine for the movie 100 Kilos DVD: Reel Auction is an online retailer and legal owner of the physical copies of movies it sells, rents and exchanges such as the movie 100 Kilos DVD. The promotion and advertisement of all movies, such as 100 Kilos DVD, advertised for sale or rental through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of the movies is protected under the "first sale doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 109 (a). The first sale doctrine protects the buyer's Reel Auction interest in goods it has purchased for resale and rental of such DVD movies and videos as 100 Kilos DVD Movie. The promotion and advertisement of movies, such as the film 100 Kilos DVD, through the display of copies of box covers, including titles, actors names, producers, and the use of excerpts, synopses and previews of DVD films and videos such as 100 Kilos DVD Video is protected under the "fair use doctrine". 17 U.S.C. § 107 and the First Amendment. The "fair use doctrine" is grounded in the First Amendment rights to free speech and permits Reel Auction to use trademark and copyright materials, without the owners' permission, in a equitable and fair manner.
